Save our oceans
The ocean gives us a comfortable home to live in. But some humans don’t care much about the ocean. Their activities are putting the ocean in danger.

Global warming (全球變暖) makes sea levels rise. Cities near the sea might be in danger of flooding (淹沒(méi)) some day.

Over 8 million tons of plastic goes into the ocean each year. Sea animals like dolphins, whales and turtles eat them and get sick or even die.

Because of overfishing (過(guò)度捕撈), there are fewer fish than before. This can affect the balance of the ecosystem (生態(tài)平衡).
由于人類(lèi)的過(guò)度捕撈，魚(yú)的種類(lèi)比以前少了，影響到海洋的生態(tài)平衡。

Be careful with plastic
注意塑料的使用
Throw away plastic the right way. Remember to say no to plastic straws (塑料吸管). They break down into smaller pieces of plastic in the ocean.
塑料在海洋中可以分解成更小的塑料碎片，我們要用正確的方式處理扔掉塑料，還要記得對塑料吸管說(shuō)不哦！
Clean up the beach
清理沙灘
Going to the beach is a lot of fun. Just remember not to leave your garbage on the beach. Picking up a little bit of garbage can make a big difference.
去海灘是一件十分有趣的事情，但不要把垃圾扔在海灘上哦！當你撿起沙灘上的一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)垃圾，這對海洋環(huán)境將會(huì )有很大的不同。
Look at labels
留意標簽
When you are buying seafood, look for seafood with this blue label (標簽). Seafood with this label is under protection (保護). This means when people make the food, they don’t catch too many sea animals.
當你去買(mǎi)海鮮的時(shí)候，留意貼有藍色標簽的海鮮（就是下圖這種藍色標簽�。�，有這種標簽的海鮮是受到保護的。這就意味著(zhù)當人們制作食物的時(shí)候，他們不會(huì )捕獲太多的海洋動(dòng)物。
