Have you ever felt like you’re in your own small world, where everything you hear or see just makes you more sure of what you already think? It’s like being in an “echo chamber (信息繭房)” – a place where your own ideas keep coming back to you, and you don’t hear any different ones. This isn’t something new, but with everyone on social media (社交媒體), it’s happening a lot more now.

This means exploring more diverse or different things on the internet, reading different kinds of stories, and talking to people with other views. Also, ask questions about where information comes from, double-check facts and be open-minded. In this way, we can make sure we understand the wider world a lot better.
