所有被記錄下的真實(shí)生活故事,都是關(guān)于一個(gè)生命的存在或者是一個(gè)事件發(fā)生的有力證據。這些痕跡有的是我們的刻意紀錄下來(lái)的,有的是在我們無(wú)意識的情況遺留在周遭materials上的traces中。 clothing as a second skin in the sense they are a kind of bond between the interior of our being and the exterior. our daily behaviour,characteristics of occupations, our living environment,and我們的fashion sence不停息而誠實(shí)的對我們的周遭一切進(jìn)行著(zhù)改造,而服裝作為與我們進(jìn)行最多親密接觸的媒體紀錄了最多的wearer的personal identity information traces。這些traces都在隨時(shí)隨地紀錄和講述著(zhù)一個(gè)關(guān)于我們生活的故事。
how can our clothing tell story of our daily life?I believe products only built an identity through use.產(chǎn)品只有與使用者共同經(jīng)歷了時(shí)間的磨礪才會(huì )形成獨特的identity。這時(shí)這件產(chǎn)品的價(jià)值已經(jīng)不在是簡(jiǎn)單的設計,材料,品牌的價(jià)值,而更多的是關(guān)于與使用者建立起來(lái)的不可重復的情感上的聯(lián)系。looking to encourage a more emotional relationship between garment and wearer, we cannot ignore the life taces and ways that physical movement has shaped clothing. i am interested in the authentic traces,marks and imprints our daily lives leave on our clothes. My project aims to celebrate the personal relationship built through wear,speaking of our daily behaviour,characteristics of occupations,and our living environment.Rather than degrading with wear I believe textile discolouration,deformation and change of surface texture tells the story of use.
Background

the telling project是希望通過(guò)provides tools and materials in designing emotionally significant garments的方法,實(shí)現sustainable and emotional relationship with clothing。當使用者與服裝共享同一個(gè)獨特的personal history,換句話(huà)說(shuō),擁有同一個(gè)生活故事。何時(shí),何地 and參與過(guò)的人物都是significant elements of the narrative,這些都是我們要加諸在garment上的情感故事的重要元素。Designers can strategically create products that have more emotional relevance。他的主要目的是通過(guò)提高the relationship established between wearer and garment 的耐久性,從而減少消耗和浪費。更持久的關(guān)系,導致服裝的長(cháng)時(shí)間使用,因此,較少的產(chǎn)品將被取代,從而減少對環(huán)境的影響,but the use 得以增加。

運用Emotional durability design 通過(guò)建立使用者和服裝的情感聯(lián)系實(shí)現在 in the real world中 increasingly people demand the personal and individual identities and hope to display their different tastes. Therefore, people are looking forward the clothes, which can show their own personalities.并且基于人們的 appetite of clothing,在 fashion or convenience的刺激下,以及審美疲勞的產(chǎn)生和服裝的老化,都會(huì )使消費者就一件一成不變的服裝產(chǎn)生厭倦的心理。這時(shí)建立一個(gè)更為牢靠的emotional的聯(lián)系,加諸更多的生活故事元素在服裝上,使服裝的價(jià)值由使用價(jià)值上升到心理價(jià)值的層面。這也是在基于sustainability design基礎上的,對wearer使用garment方式的引導,建立新的服裝使用模式,使服裝被賦予了更多的ownership and uniqueness
