3.2 CONTRAINTS AND SOLUTIONS ACHIEVED
建筑設計盡可能利用自然采光、自然通風(fēng)，降低能耗，提高空間舒適度。
a.對于大進(jìn)深的空間，設置由地下一層通往屋面的通風(fēng)井道，利用煙囪效應促進(jìn)自然通風(fēng)。通風(fēng)井道一直通到建筑兩側的綠化園林，在那里采集新鮮的空氣，輸送到閱覽室內。
b.利用三條縱向交通軸，將自然光線(xiàn)和自然通風(fēng)向大進(jìn)深區域引進(jìn)。
c.除了外墻開(kāi)窗外，利用屋頂天光和高側窗作輔助采光和通風(fēng)設計。
d.南立面設遮陽(yáng)裝置，控制陽(yáng)光入射角度及能量。
e.南側正中的下沉庭院為地下一層創(chuàng )造了直通室外的出口；改善了地下空間的采光和通風(fēng)效果。

扇形平面中嵌入了放射狀交通共享空間，連通了建筑周邊的園林景觀(guān)，在這里，人們可以觀(guān)景、聊天、讀書(shū)。。。。。。。，這個(gè)空間也由此成為景觀(guān)的一部分，讓整個(gè)建筑和周邊嵌固在了一起。

山東理工大學(xué)圖書(shū)館項目由中國建筑設計研究院在2006年完成施工圖設計。
該項目位于山東理工大學(xué)校園中軸線(xiàn)的最南端，外形簡(jiǎn)潔大方，內部流線(xiàn)清晰，功能分區合理，較好地滿(mǎn)足了各類(lèi)使用要求。
該項目施工圖紙內容全面，采用技術(shù)先進(jìn)合理，設計深度完全符合國家規定。在施工過(guò)程中，設計院與甲方、施工單位、監理單位密切配合，體現了較高的設計水平和較好的服務(wù)意識，保證了項目的按時(shí)交付。
