00:50 2010年我國制定的驗鈔機國家標準共有12項，A類(lèi)驗鈔機必須具備前9項偽指標，包括光學(xué)鑒別技術(shù)和磁圖像分析鑒別技術(shù)。舉例來(lái)說(shuō)，當紙幣從傳感器中間通過(guò)的時(shí)候，傳感器可以發(fā)出赤橙黃綠青藍紫，紅外，紫外等不同光源的光。在照射到紙幣的時(shí)候，形成圖像并進(jìn)行真幣和假幣的識別，能夠非常準確地把高仿真度的拼湊幣識別出來(lái)。不過(guò)專(zhuān)家表示，我國可以生產(chǎn)A類(lèi)驗鈔機的廠(chǎng)家有28家，但是大多數廠(chǎng)家并沒(méi)有自己的核心技術(shù)，也遠遠達不到國家執行的國家標準。記者在調查中發(fā)現，不僅僅是生產(chǎn)企業(yè)偷工減料，驗鈔機國家標準也存在著(zhù)執行不到位的問(wèn)題。早在2010年9月26號，中國人民銀行已經(jīng)頒布了人民幣鑒別儀通用技術(shù)條件國家標準，并要求在2011年5月強制執行。但是直到現在，盡管央行和銀監會(huì )屢次要求銀行業(yè)金融機構對假幣零容忍，但是大部分銀行里擺放的驗鈔機遠遠達不到國家標準
In 2010, our country has drafted 12 items of national currency detector standards, and A level currency detector should be enabled with 9 items, including optical detecting and MR image analysis. For instance, when a paper note goes through the detector, its sensor should spray out colors of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, infrared ray and ultraviolet ray. When the lights are on the note, an image will form and fake notes even half-fake notes will be detected. However, experts said there are only 28 manufactures can produce such A level currency detectors, and most other manufactures don’t even have their core technology, needless to say to reach national standards. In a survey, our journalists found that the manufacturers not only use inferior materials, the national standards are also not well implemented. On Sep. 26th 2010, People’s Bank of China has conferred Universal technical requirements of counterfeit RMB-Notes discriminating device, and claimed to forcedly implement it from May. 2011. However, until now, although People’s Bank of China and China Baking Regulatory Commission have claimed zero tolerance to fake money within banking and financial organizations, most of the currency detectors in banks are far cry from meeting national standards.
