產(chǎn)中期檢驗
During-production inspection
當產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)完成20%至30%時(shí)，我們根據您的產(chǎn)品規格要求檢查評估半成品和成品的質(zhì)量并出具報告。生產(chǎn)中期檢驗可以幫您確認產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，功能，外觀(guān)和其它要素是否在整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程都同您的規格要求保持一致；同時(shí)也有利于盡早發(fā)現任何不符點(diǎn)，從而降低工廠(chǎng)延遲交貨的風(fēng)險。
We inspect and assess quality of semi-finished products and finished products and issue reports when producing 20% to 30% of products according to your product specifications requirements. 出貨前檢驗
Inspection before delivery
出貨前檢驗是在產(chǎn)品100%完成、包裝并準備出貨時(shí)進(jìn)行。我們根據國際通用的抽樣標準進(jìn)行隨機抽樣檢驗。在出貨前檢驗的報告中，我們將全面的反映產(chǎn)品的出貨數量，包裝情況以及是否符合AQL（可接受質(zhì)量水平）要求。
Inspection before delivery is done after 100% of production & packaging and preparing for delivery. We carry out random sampling inspection. We will reflect product delivery quantity, package and conformity/nonconformity with AQL requirements completely in inspection report before delivery.

全數檢驗
One-hundred percentage inspections
全數檢驗可以在包裝前或者包裝后進(jìn)行。我們根據客戶(hù)的要求，對每一件產(chǎn)品的外觀(guān)、手工、功能、安全性等進(jìn)行檢驗，挑出所有存在缺陷的產(chǎn)品。檢驗完成后，我們用SQI封箱貼紙對已檢驗合格的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行封箱，確保裝運的每件產(chǎn)品都符合您的質(zhì)量要求。
One-hundred percentage inspections can be done before or after packaging. We inspect appearance, handwork, function and safety, etc of every product and select all defect products according to users’ requirements. We seal conformity inspection products by SQI container sealing sticker paper after inspection and ensure that every delivered product meets your quality requirements.

Sometimes users obtain some samples without abiding by normal inspection procedure because of various factors, or for third-party testing, or to find other factories or suppliers, or to test the market demand, or to obtain retailers evaluation. In this case, SQI can arrange sampling from factories, warehouses, docks and other places and mail packages anywhere designated by your.

Container supervision

We can go to the site supervision and guidance throughout the loading process regardless of where your product loading. SQI monitoring services include assessment container cabinet status, checking the product information, number of products inventory loading and package information and supervising the whole loading process. we will use sealed lead SQI closed container to reduce high-risk to replace after cargo loading.

Statistical sampling
統計抽樣是國際上被廣泛認可的一種抽樣方法，通過(guò)抽樣檢驗而不是全數檢驗來(lái)確定某批次產(chǎn)品是否總體上符合要求。這種方法可以確保以盡可能少的花費來(lái)獲得盡可能準確的檢驗結果。這種抽樣檢驗方法特別適用于原材料來(lái)料檢驗、部分成品檢驗、不同生產(chǎn)階段的產(chǎn)品檢驗以及完成生產(chǎn)后的成品檢驗等。
Statistical sampling is widely recognized internationally as a sampling method, sampling rather than a full inspection to determine whether the whole batch of products to meet the requirements. This method ensures that spend as little as possible to get as accurate test results. This sampling method is particularly suitable for incoming inspection of raw materials, partly finished product testing, product testing different stages of production and post-production of the finished product complete inspection.

This random sampling standard regulates random sampling of the number of products (namely, number of samples) and Acceptable Criteria for the cargo (namely, number of accepted or rejected) required for each batch of cargo. This standard contains sample forms and acceptable quality levels.

Acceptable quality level (AQL) regulates the maximum acceptable defect rate. Common accepted value by buyer in most of circumstances when using a certain sampling procedure is expressed by a percentage of the value of the specified defects.

致命缺陷： 不符合強制性法規且/或在使用過(guò)程中會(huì )影響消費者的安全。

Minor effect: Defect without influence to product use but possible influence to product sales or with difference to designated quality standards;
