關(guān)于DMX與廣茂達的燈光控制系統兼容性的問(wèn)題，做出如下答復：
As to the compatibility of lighting control system between DWX and Grandar, we wish to give the following in reply:
1、廣茂達控制系統和DMX512控制系統兼容性體現在以下方面：
1、The compatibility between the Grandar control system and the DMX512 control system is mainly embodied in the followings：
1）廣茂達燈光景觀(guān)照明控制系統服務(wù)器與LED主控制器間的通訊架構是基于UDP協(xié)議，此通信協(xié)議是一個(gè)開(kāi)放性通用協(xié)議；DMX512系統服務(wù)器與DMX512控制器間的通訊架構也是基于UDP協(xié)議。故從通信協(xié)議上，廣茂達控制系統和DMX控制系統服務(wù)器端與控制器端在通訊協(xié)議上是兼容的。
1）The communications architecture between the lighting landscape lighting control system server of Grandar and the LED master controller is based on the UDP protocol, which is a open general protocol; the communications architecture between the DMX512 system server and the DMX512 controller is also the UDP protocol. Therefore, with regard to the communications protocol, the Grandar control system is compatible with the ports of the DMX control system server and controller.
2）廣茂達服務(wù)器端與LED主控制器端硬件系統架構是通過(guò)交換機、標準網(wǎng)線(xiàn)進(jìn)行組網(wǎng)聯(lián)接，DMX512服務(wù)器端與集成控制器在硬件架構上也是通過(guò)交換機、標準網(wǎng)線(xiàn)進(jìn)行組網(wǎng)聯(lián)接，所以廣茂達控制系統和DMX控制系統在硬件連接和組網(wǎng)上是兼容的。
2) The hardware system architectures between the Grandar server port and the LED master controller port are linked by the switch and standard cable in network, So are the hardware architectures between the DMX512 server port and the integrated controller. As a result, as to the hardware connection and the network, the Grandar control system and the DMX control system are compatible.
因此，廣茂達燈光控制系統架構具備了與DMX系統兼容的硬件基礎。為了保證整體的藝術(shù)效果能夠實(shí)現，為了保證項目的質(zhì)量、壽命要求，為了保證這個(gè)項目后期系統的穩定運行，我們現在正在進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究驗證工作。
Therefore, the architecture of Grandar lighting control system is equipped with the hardware basics, which is compatible with the DMX system. We are now doing the future research and verification to guarantee the overall artistic effect, the quality and lifespan of the program,and to make sure the stable operation of the system in the later period.
另外，關(guān)于廣茂達控制系統與DMX512控制系統在符合項目需求性的對比分析如下。
In addition, the comparative analyses , corresponding to the demand of the project, between the Grandar control system and the DMX512 control system, are as follows:
We analyse the condition and requirement must be fulfill according to achieve the lighting effect at south façade.
1) Lighting effect at south façade should be approved.
2) To realize the effect, we need about 16000 pixels, each pixel consist of 5 color( RGBWA), the control system and bus must control each pixel precise and independent dimming control.
3) In term of demand, signal should have redundancy, whole control circuit can’t be influent by one damaged lighting fixture.
4) Analyse in term of maintenance, control system and bus can detect fault online, accurately find fault position and save the testing result.
Control system and bus project of our company can absolutely fulfill the demand according to the above requirements.
1) We have realized lighting effect at VMU and benchmark as south façade lighting, which has been approved and successfully realized the lighting effect
2) Our control system and bus can control more than 300 pixels(RGBWA) on each control circuit, the control system and bus can control each pixel precise and independent dimming control. The maximum control pixels reach more than 80 thousand with our control system and bus, all great projects operate reliable and stable such as Water cube, Expo axis,
Hamara the highest building at Kuwait
3) Our control system and bus have redundant function. Signal cable of each lighting fixture has 2 channel for mutual backup, when one control signal circuit has fault, the other control signal can seamless switch, improve the system reliability.
4) Our control system and bus have real-time feedback function which can realize real-time fault detection online, feedback to the server and save the results. It’s more convenient and time-saving when system maintenance.
5) Our system control and bus have auto address online function, when ighting fixture have fault during installation and testing and need to be eplaced, we don’t need set the address one by one at site. After all fault ighting fixture have been replaced, auto address at control system server within 10 seconds which is very convenient.
6) Our lighting fixtures own anti-reverse connection and anti-error connection function, if power cable misconnected with signal cable at site, it won’t harm
to the lighting fixture. It’s company’s core patent and has great help to the construct.
According to above needs, by using DMX512 system will lead to below problems.
1) One control channel of DMX512 only supports 512 data channel, it can only control about 100 pixels which consists of 5 color(RGBWA). 16000 pixels need 160 control channel at least. While Grandar control system and bus only take no more than half of it. In term of reliability and convenience principle, Grandar control system and bus is much better than DMX512
2) DMX512 without signal redundant function, when signal channel has fault, at least one lighting fixture is out of control. To this point, Grandar control system and bus is more reliable.
3) DMX512 without feedback online function. When lighting fixture has fault, system can’t locate the faulty position, manul operation instead which cause inconvenience in maintenance and repair
4) DMX512 is parallel system, when short circuit happened between two signal cables, or signal cable to ground, or signal cable with power cable, whole circuit fail to work. While Grandar control system and bus is tandem system with redundant and feedback function, it’s very convenient in solving these above problems
5) DMX512 system without auto address function, when location of the lighting fixture is not satisfied with effect needs cause by construction, DMX512 system can’t independent control each pixel or mis-control result to error lighting effect.
2、針對石油大廈項目，廣茂達及代理商會(huì )承諾提供產(chǎn)品及系統的質(zhì)量保證，并確保10年內系統正常運行。
