   目前盛旺集團礦業(yè)版塊主要有兩大全資子公司，分別為內蒙古錫林郭勒盟盛旺礦業(yè)有限公司和香港盛旺礦業(yè)有限公司。
At present, in terms of mining, Shengwang Group has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, i.e. Inner Mongolia Xilin Gol League Shengwang Mining Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Shengwang Mining Co., Ltd.
     內蒙古錫林郭勒盟盛旺礦業(yè)有限公司于2008年注冊成立，注冊資金1080萬(wàn)元，駐內蒙古自治區錫林浩特市，主要開(kāi)展國內地質(zhì)勘查和礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)。通過(guò)競標登記、技術(shù)合作、投資收購等途徑，現占有礦權并開(kāi)展勘查的地質(zhì)項目13個(gè)，礦權總面積576.6平方公里，主要分布在內蒙古錫林浩特市、東烏珠穆沁旗、正鑲白旗、蘇尼特左旗、多倫縣、阿爾山市和貴州省銅仁縣境內。礦種涉及金、銀、銅、鐵、鉛、鋅、鎢、鉬和煤，以及漢白玉、黑金花等高檔建筑裝飾石材等有色金屬、貴金屬和非金屬，資源儲量可觀(guān)，開(kāi)發(fā)前景喜人。其中內蒙古正鑲白旗鉛鋅銀礦、東烏旗的煤礦、鎢鉬礦和錫林浩特市的阿爾善鐵礦等4個(gè)項目已完成詳查和勘探任務(wù)，基本探明資源儲量，進(jìn)入礦山開(kāi)采。
Inner Mongolia Xilin Gol League Shengwang Mining Co., Ltd., located in Xilinhot City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was registered and founded in 2008, with the registered capital of RMB 10.8 million yuan and the main business of geological survey and exploitation of mineral resources in China. By means of bidding competition registration, technological cooperation, investment and acquisition, this company has conducted 13 geological survey projects with mineral rights, with the total area of mineral rights 576.6 square kilometers, which mainly in Xilinhot City of Inner Mongolia, East Ujimqin Banner, Zhengxiangbai Banner, Sonid Left Banner, Duolun County, Arshan City and Tongren County of Guizhou Province. The mineral kinds are gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, wolfram, molybdenum and coal, as well as nonferrous metals, precious metals and nonmetals including top grade architectural ornament stones (e.g. white marble and portoro), with considerable resource reserve and prosperous development prospect. The detailed survey and exploration tasks for the following four projects, such as the Lead, Zinc and Silver Mine in Zhengxiangbai Banner of Inner Mongolia, the Coal Mine and the Wolfram and Molybdenum Mine in East Ujimqin Banner, and Arshan Iron Mine in Xilinhot City, have been completed. The resource reserves have been ascertained, and it is planned to go into the mines for exploration.

         古林人文紀念園座落于呼市北部大青山腳下呼武公路8.5公里處，蒼山綠柏間的古林人文紀念園，是由上海盛旺集團投資開(kāi)發(fā)，經(jīng)呼市民政局批準興建的安放骨灰業(yè)務(wù)的永久性、經(jīng)營(yíng)性公墓，是呼市唯一對土地進(jìn)行掛拍，擁有土地使用權的企業(yè)。占地面積1500畝，投資約2.3億元，于2003年8月奠基，2004年10月25日正式對外營(yíng)業(yè)。
Gulin Cultural Memorial Park is located at 8.5 kilometers of Huwu Road, under the foot of Daqingshan, north of Hohhot. Gulin Cultural Memorial Park, which is located among the green mountain and green cypresses, is invested and developed by Shanghai Shengwang Group. It is a permanent commercial cemetery for storing bone ash, and is approved by the Civil Affairs Bureau of Hohhot. As the only enterprise in Hohhot with land use right, it is the only company which is allowed to conduct land quotation. The park occupies an area of 1500 mu, with the investment of approximate RMB 230 million yuan. The foundation was laid in August 2003, and it officially started business on Oct. 25 2004.
經(jīng)過(guò)嚴謹、科學(xué)的規劃，精心的構筑，該園現已完成一期500畝、二期400畝的建設，三期600畝的規劃。將逐步建成集追思悼祖、休閑旅游觀(guān)光、人文紀念為一體的生態(tài)型人文景觀(guān)陵園，打造青城又一道綠色生態(tài)風(fēng)景線(xiàn)，使古林人文紀念園真正成為“西部第一陵”。
After rigorous and scientific planning and elaborate construction, this Phase 1 (500 m) and Phase 2 (400 mu) construction of this park have been completed. Phase 3 (600 mu) is under planning. It is planned to construct this park as an ecological cultural landscape cemetery which integrate recalling the dead and mourning forefathers, leisure, tourism and sightseeing, as well as cultural memorial park, create a green and ecological scenery, and make Gulin Cultural Memorial Park to become the authentic “First Cemetery in Southwest”.     
         古林園一直以努力建設公園式綠色陵園為目標，現綠化面積占園區總面積的80%，本著(zhù)貼近自然、人文關(guān)懷的精神，在墓園前部相當面積開(kāi)辟了休閑觀(guān)光區，園區景觀(guān)布局合理，內容，融自然山水景觀(guān)為一體。園區內寬4米由花崗巖鋪成的主干道兩邊綠樹(shù)成蔭、花團錦簇；休閑區內草坪青翠、奇石林立、造型各異，韻味十足。整個(gè)園區秉承皇家園林的建筑風(fēng)格，汲取南國水鄉之靈氣，彰顯北國大漠之豪放，化風(fēng)水為風(fēng)景，運用園林景觀(guān)與人文藝術(shù)相結合的方式，將游廊、涼亭、假山、瀑布噴泉、祭壇、景觀(guān)紀念廣場(chǎng)、觀(guān)世間菩薩像與點(diǎn)綴在墓區中的眾多石雕小品和數不勝數的綠化景觀(guān)有機地融合為一體，構成了一幅如詩(shī)如畫(huà)般美麗風(fēng)景長(cháng)卷。
Gulinyuan has always worked hard towards the goal of establishing a park-style green cemetery. At present, the green area accounts for 80% of the total area of the park. With the spirit of getting close to the nature and showing humanistic care, the park develops a leisure and sightseeing zone with considerable area in the front part of the cemetery. The landscape layout of the park is reasonable, which integrates natural landscape together. In the park, the main street is paved with 4-meter-wide granite. On both sides, trees shade and flowers blossom. In the leisure zone, the lawn is green, and rare stones stand everywhere, with different shapes and lasting appeal. The entire garden inherits the architectural style of royal gardens, absorbs the inspiration of water towns in south China, and manifests the bold and unconstrained character of desert in north China. This park transfers feng shui as landscape, combines landscape architecture with humanistic art, organically integrates verandas, pavilions, rockeries, waterfalls and fountains, altars, landscape memorial squares, Avalokitesvara statues, numerous small stone carvings scattered in the grave area and many greenery landscape, and form a poetic, picturesque and beautiful landscape scroll.
