吃播原本是近兩年很火的一種網(wǎng)上直播形式，主播通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò )以視頻或直播的方式向網(wǎng)友介紹各種美食，并以此獲取流量，進(jìn)而產(chǎn)生收益。

很多人都喜歡在吃飯的時(shí)候看吃播，不僅可以學(xué)到做飯小常識，看到品嘗美食的吃播，還很下飯。

然而，隨著(zhù)做吃播的博主越來(lái)越多，“大胃王”式的吃播秀越演越烈，吃播內容也開(kāi)始“變味”。

據央視新聞報道，作為吃播視頻的一大主要分類(lèi)，“大胃王”吃播秀以主播超乎常人的食量卻仍能保持良好身材，及食物大量堆砌帶來(lái)的視覺(jué)沖擊，收獲大量流量。

Have you ever wondered how some livestreaming hosts can have such huge appetites? During their shows, these "big stomach kings" devour hamburgers, eggs, bread, wine, noodles, rice, sushi, anything, and keep challenging others to match them.

The comment zones of these livestreaming shows are, expectedly, full of comments about the good appetites or how the big stomach kings manage to remain in good shape despite all the food they eat.

然而據媒體披露，現在有些所謂大胃王吃播秀浪費嚴重，有人甚至吃了再把食物吐掉……

8月12日，央視新聞在一條《餐飲浪費 如何制止？》的新聞節目批評了部分網(wǎng)絡(luò )大胃王吃播浪費嚴重的現象，引起廣泛討論。

央視新聞在節目中稱(chēng)，聯(lián)合國糧農組織統計顯示，全球每年約1/3糧食被損耗和浪費，總量約每年13億噸。世界76.33億人口中至少還有8.2億面臨饑餓，相當于世界上每9人中就有1人挨餓。

The media have now uncovered the bitter truth. It turns out many of the big stomach kings pop some pills to induce vomiting and throw up during intervals in livestreaming, only to return and gobble up more food.

Some stomach kings even waste food in front of the camera, by eating a little from one plate before moving to another. That's obscene when some 820 million people, or one-ninth of the world's population, goes without food every day.

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, around 1.3 billion tons of food are wasted globally every year, which is shocking.

年入百萬(wàn)、假吃催吐的吃播江湖

“吃播” (Mukbang) 一詞來(lái)自于韓語(yǔ)， “Mukbang”是兩個(gè)韓語(yǔ)單詞的合成詞：“吃”(meokneun)和“播放”(bangsong)。該詞起源于韓國的網(wǎng)絡(luò )真人秀節目“吃飯直播”，后傳入中國。

2016年5月，視頻博主密子君在B站上傳自己的吃播視頻《速食10桶火雞面用時(shí)16分20秒》，獲得173.4萬(wàn)的點(diǎn)擊量大火后，國內的吃播內容開(kāi)始集中傾向“大胃王”式吃播。

據媒體報道，當有了一定粉絲基數和影響后，主播也會(huì )與商家合作，進(jìn)行探店等美食推廣，有人甚至能夠做到月入十萬(wàn)。

Mukbang, which originated in South Korea around 2010, is the online trend by which individuals broadcast themselves eating large amounts of food while leisurely chatting with their viewers. It combines a simulated dining experience with the shock appeal of competitive eating.

In May 2016, host "Mizijun" posted a video of her eating 10 cups of instant noodles in 16 minutes and 20 seconds on bilibili, garnering 1.73 million views and leading the Mukbang trend in China.

Hosts of such shows have leveraged their popularity online to land deals with food companies and restaurants, with some reportedly making upwards of 100,000 yuan (over 14,000 U.S. dollars) a month.

不過(guò)，雖然主播們看似狼吞虎咽地大吃大喝，甚至吃下數人份的食物，但其中不乏部分主播通過(guò)剪輯、卡點(diǎn)等手段來(lái)掩蓋假吃現象，有些主播甚至使用催吐的方式達到吃下更多食物的假象。

據相關(guān)報道，今年5月，B站某UP主誤發(fā)了一段自己的無(wú)剪輯吃播視頻，其中UP主吃的煎餅，沒(méi)嚼幾口便吐了出來(lái)，后面的內容也都是如此。

有吃播在直播中“翻車(chē)”

It's said that many mukbang participants will resort to "fake eating." The hosts take a bite of the food, chew and then spit it out without swallowing. When editing the video, they just cut out the spitting section out and pretend to have devoured everything.

Additionally, emetics are also popular among the hosts to help them avoid gaining weight, despite the potential for harm to the esophagus and erosion of the teeth.

暴飲暴食的“大胃王”直播之痛

“大胃王”吃播秀讓一些主播迅速漲粉，獲得收益，但其暴飲暴食背后同時(shí)隱藏著(zhù)巨大的健康隱患，由此帶來(lái)的慘劇也不斷出現。

今年6月，沈陽(yáng)30歲的“大胃王”吃播主播王先生因長(cháng)期在直播中食用肘子、紅燒肉、燒雞等高熱量、高油脂食物，導致其在直播前突發(fā)腦溢血去世，而他在錄制吃播視頻的短短半年時(shí)間里，體重竟然由此前的200斤飛增到280斤。

Although eating shows can bring huge profits to the hosts, the job also impairs their health. One host of big eating show surnamed Wang, 30, in Shenyang, Northeast China's Liaoning Province, died in June while preparing to broadcast. Wang's weight jumped from 100 kilograms to 140 kilograms within just half a year.

據紅星新聞報道，還有23歲的年輕“大胃王”播主因時(shí)常在深夜進(jìn)行吃播、白天休息，每天吃5頓飯不限量，導致缺乏運動(dòng)，患上骨質(zhì)疏松等“老年病”。

還有一名曾經(jīng)的“大胃王”在接受澎湃新聞采訪(fǎng)時(shí)自曝稱(chēng)，業(yè)內催吐假吃情況普遍，不少主播吃的食物都是自費，沒(méi)發(fā)財卻為此負債累累。“找銀行借了七八十萬(wàn)，欠下債務(wù)，到現在還有26萬(wàn)沒(méi)還。”

而在“大胃王”吃播“造假”的背后，嚴重的糧食浪費問(wèn)題和鋪張奢靡的價(jià)值導向更值得我們反思。

“大胃王吃播”該結束了！

隨著(zhù)話(huà)題的持續發(fā)酵，目前不少單位和平臺作出了回應：整頓！

13日，中國演出行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì )網(wǎng)絡(luò )表演（直播）分會(huì )發(fā)出通知，要求進(jìn)一步加強直播內容管理，特別是要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注以美食類(lèi)為主要內容的直播，加強引導樹(shù)立正確的飲食消費觀(guān)，堅決禁止在直播中出現假吃、催吐、獵奇、宣揚量大多吃，暴飲暴食，以及其他鋪張浪費的直播行為。

On August 13, the China Association of Performing Arts — the official body that oversees online performances — said it was banning “fake eating, induced vomiting, promotional overeating, and other behaviors that involve waste.”

@微博管理員8月13日發(fā)布消息，微博近日將對以量大多吃、食量驚人為噱頭，以假吃催吐為手段吸引流量的視頻和直播進(jìn)行限制，會(huì )根據具體情況對相關(guān)內容采取刪除、停止直播、禁言和關(guān)閉賬號等處置措施。

Chinese social media platforms have also introduced measures to discourage users from posting videos encouraging wasteful habits. Microblogging platform Weibo, for example, warned users it would punish livestreamers who treat overeating like clickbait, vowing to delete content or ban users violating the rule.

此外，在一些平臺搜索“吃播”“大胃王”等關(guān)鍵詞，還會(huì )出現“文明吃播，珍惜糧食”等提示。

12日晚，抖音以及快手相關(guān)負責人向紅星新聞?dòng)浾弑硎�，針對目前網(wǎng)絡(luò )上吃播內容有浪費糧食，或是以假吃、催吐、宣揚量大多吃等方式博眼球的行為，平臺將進(jìn)行嚴肅處理，或給予刪除作品、關(guān)停直播、封禁賬號等處罰。

一些吃播博主也迅速反應，有的去掉了自己大胃王的前綴，有的下架了所有視頻。

Video platforms including Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Douyin are also stepping up to prevent food waste. Users searching for keywords such as “eating broadcast” or “big stomach star” will now be shown messages urging them to “treasure food and eat reasonably.” Several bloggers on the platforms have removed phrases such as “big stomach” from their social media accounts and video descriptions.

艾媒咨詢(xún)的CEO張毅表示，目前網(wǎng)絡(luò )平臺上的吃播以大胃王、獵奇為主要內容，他認為“把飲食文化與美食消費結合在一起，這才是吃播應該走的方向。如果做不到，吃播沒(méi)有后來(lái)，沒(méi)有接班人，也沒(méi)有未來(lái)。”

Zhang Yi, CEO of iiMedia Research, noted, "The eating broadcasters should combine the food culture with food consumption. Otherwise, the "big stomach" mukbang has no long-term future."

美食應該是一種享受，而不應該成為負擔，更不應成為賺流量和獵奇的工具。

直播可以，但別拿糧食當“道具”。
