　　說(shuō)不緊張是不可能的，因為民族文化的差異，想用一個(gè)通俗的形式表達一種復雜的理念給另一個(gè)民族，不是那么簡(jiǎn)單的。首先，做法和想法就有著(zhù)天然的差異，實(shí)施者無(wú)意中又衰減了幾分，到了接受者那里還將流失一些信息，最后的結果就可能是南轅北轍。
想用自己的醫學(xué)理念說(shuō)服法官，真不是件容易的事。

有好幾次我都想和美國醫生交流一下，然后聽(tīng)聽(tīng)她的意見(jiàn)，看下一步該怎么辦，但這個(gè)想法隨即被自己否定了。如果主動(dòng)和美國醫生交流，就會(huì )讓她看出我心里沒(méi)底，何況這個(gè)美國醫生人到底怎么樣，我心里并沒(méi)有譜。假如她摸清了我的觀(guān)點(diǎn)和言證，一股腦兒地都端給法官的話(huà)，那等待自己的，將是怎樣一個(gè)結局！真正的較量還沒(méi)有開(kāi)始，我就已經(jīng)感覺(jué)到了如此的孤獨和無(wú)助。幾天來(lái)，我幾乎沒(méi)睡過(guò)一個(gè)囫圇覺(jué)。常常是睡著(zhù)睡著(zhù)一個(gè)激靈就驚醒了，然后便是一整夜一整夜的失眠。連食欲都沒(méi)有了，肚子根本就不覺(jué)得餓。
