需求:在集團總部部署IP語(yǔ)音系統,并通過(guò)此套IP語(yǔ)音系統和總部的現有電話(huà)系統集成,完成內部調度系統電話(huà)的互通,保證IP語(yǔ)音與傳統語(yǔ)音兩個(gè)系統的無(wú)縫切換,保證當某一個(gè)系統(IP語(yǔ)音或者傳統語(yǔ)音)故障,調度系統電話(huà)可以正常通信;所有的調度系統電話(huà)都可以自動(dòng)錄音或者手動(dòng)錄音,所有的錄音文件可以單獨提取備份。
Requirement: the headquarter of the group is required to be equipped with IP voice dispatching system which is to be integrated with the existing telephone system in the headquarter to achieve telephonic intercommunication among internal dispatching systems, assuring seamless switching between IP voice system and traditional voice system as well as normal communication by telephones in dispatching system in case of either system (IP or traditional voice) failure; all telephones in the dispatching system are capable of automatic or manual recording and all recording files can be separately extracted for backup.
設計方案:在總部部署一套CUCM IP PBX,作為IP語(yǔ)音系統的核心;總部與分支的IP調度電話(huà),通過(guò)集團廣域網(wǎng)注冊在CUCM上并實(shí)現內部通信;在CUCM與原有PBX語(yǔ)音交換系統做語(yǔ)音通信鏈路冗余,當CUCM故障,調度電話(huà)也可以正常通過(guò)原有的語(yǔ)音交換系統進(jìn)行通信;在總部部署一套IP語(yǔ)音電話(huà)錄音系統,與CUCM集成,可以自動(dòng)或者手動(dòng)記錄調度電話(huà),并可以對電話(huà)錄音進(jìn)行本地提取存檔。
Design proposal: a set of CUCM IP PBX is deployed in the headquarter as the core of IP voice system; IP dispatching telephones in the headquarter and in each branch are registered on CUCM via group WAN and thus achieving internal communication; with voice communication link redundancy made on CUCM with the original PBX voice exchange system, dispatching telephones can normally communicate via the original voice exchange system in case of CUCM failure; a set of IP voice phone recording system is deployed in the headquarter to be integrated with CUCM, which can automatically or manually record dispatching phone calls as well as locally extract such recordings for archiving.
