It has worked jointly with Shougang Huaxia to establish a factory and plant for the processing of imported iron ore in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. It guarantees to provide better service for the iron & steel enterprises in the Yangtze River Basin and River South. The group also sets up a base for procurement of pig iron and coal in Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia. It has realized the strategy featuring the development of major business in multiple channels.

The Company is mainly engaged in trading of ore, with close network with various national iron and steel enterprises and foreign mining industries.
 
The Company  established Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Co., LTD. jointly with China Shougang International Trade Engineering Corporation. They also jointly established Yangzhou Shoutai Mining Industry & Trade Co., LTD., mainly engaged in the processing of iron ore from Peru. Concurrently, it also established the procurement base of pig iron and coke in North China and realized the strategy pattern featuring the development of major business in multiple channels.

Established in 2005, the company is mainly engaged in communication engineering.
 
With the development of information industry and its extensive application in various fields, the Company has gained access to projects in relation to PetroChina, Sinopec, China Mobile, CSIC and real estate as it has spotted the market needs and joined hands with talents. It is mainly engaged in the design, development and construction of communication works. Established in 2005, Chongqing Real Estate Development Co., LTD. is controlled by Baishengfeng Group Corporation. Hebei Haohongxiang International Trading Co., LTD cooperates with Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Co., LTD. to supply coking coal to Shougang Group. Currently, it represents one of the key suppliers of coking coal for Shougang Group.
 
On the strength of Beijing Huashengheng International Trade Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Co., LTD., Hebei Haohongxiang International Trading Co., LTD has established coal supply base in Inner Mongolia, Shanxi Province and Henan Province by relying on those key coal enterprises. It supplies coking and steam coal to other iron & steel enterprises, coking industries and power plants. Founded in September 2005, Yangzhou Shoutai Mining laid the groundwork in November and was put into operation in May 2006. The Company is jointly established by Beijing Shougang Huaxia International Trade Co., LTD. and Beiing Huashengheng International Trade Co., LTD.
 
Located in the Yangwan Port of Taizhou Bay, Suzhou, namely the lower valleys of the Yangtze River, the Company boasts convenient traffic as it is facing the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Ning-Tong Expressway to the north, facing Yangzhong across the Yangtze River to the South, 150 kilometers away from Nanjing upward and 250 kilometers away from Shanghai downward. The Company is close to the Yangtze River and convenient for loading and discharge with low costs in transport as it is only 50 meters away from the 4 ton capacity pier.
 
It is mainly engaged in the deep processing of iron ore. Its materials are mainly imported by Shougang International from Peru. Its production capacity reaches Fe>67%. Its annual output of iron power reaches 600, 000 tons, with annual sales valued 400 million yuan.
