懷疑你偷東西，就要強行脫你衣服？

懷疑顧客偷東西時(shí)，商家采取搜身或者檢查隨身物品的行為已經(jīng)夠侵犯人權了，可美國一個(gè)加油站的員工還要求被懷疑對象脫光衣服，甚至還用“槍”威脅脫衣服，雖然事后才知，那是把假槍。
美國新澤西州塞勒姆市（Salem），一個(gè)名叫阿米特·薩拉斯瓦特（Amit Saraswat）的42歲加油站小賣(mài)部員工，最近因持仿真槍威脅一名被他懷疑順手牽羊的顧客，而被警方逮捕。據現場(chǎng)監控錄像顯示，薩拉斯瓦特當時(shí)持“槍”威脅那名男子脫光衣服。
The two appear to exchange words and at one point Saraswat leans across the counter and thrusts the weapon toward the man.

The man then takes his T-shirt off and drops it on the ground and then removes his pants. Saraswat walks around the counter and continues to point the gun at the man, who bends down and takes his boxers off.

Saraswat was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose and terroristic threats. He has since been released from jail.
