圣彩墻體膩子是一種經(jīng)濟實(shí)用型非耐水墻面找平材料。適用于室內墻體抹灰墻面批刮找平。精白細膩、和易性好、施工性能好。本產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒、無(wú)味、是綠色環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。Sancai wall putty is an economical and practical leveling material of non-waterproof metope. Be suitable for plastered wall leveling of indoor wall. The putty is refined and white has good agitating property and good construction performance. This product is a non-toxic and tasteless green environmental product.

重質(zhì)碳酸鈣、有機添加劑Ground calcium carbonate and organic additives
 
適用范圍：Applicable scope:
適用于建筑物內墻的混凝土、水泥砂漿、石膏板等基層墻面的找平、修補層。Be suitable for leveling and patching of basic wall surfaces, including layers concrete, cement mortar, gypsum wall board and so on of building interior wall.
 
施工要求：Construction requirements:
l   基層應堅實(shí)、平整、無(wú)浮灰，基層強度應大于膩子強度。The substrate should be firm, smooth and free from dust, and the strength of the substrate should be greater than the strength of putty.
l   吸水性強的基層應先用清水潤濕（不可有明水）或用稀釋的界面處理劑進(jìn)行封底處理后再進(jìn)行膩子批刮。The absorbent substrate should be wetted with water (without have water) or treated with dilute interface processing agent, then batch scraping can be done.
l   施工時(shí)，墻面含水率應低于10％，墻面PH值低于10。During construction, the moisture content of the wall surface should be less than 10%, and its PH value is below 10.
l   單次批刮厚度應大于0.5mm（防止脫粉），不宜超過(guò)1.5mm（防止開(kāi)裂）。A single batch scraping thickness should be greater than 0.5 mm (to prevent powder from falling off) and be less than 1.5 mm (to prevent cracking).如需局部找厚，應先用粉刷石膏找平，再進(jìn)行膩子批刮。For a local thickness, level it with plaster, and then scrape putty.
l   遇到墻體結合處或墻體裂縫時(shí)，應用網(wǎng)格布進(jìn)行加強處理，防止開(kāi)裂。If any cracks at the junction of two walls or on the wall, the reinforcing treatment should be done with gridding cloth to prevent cracking.
 
用法及用量：Usage and dosage:
l     使用方法：應先加水，后加粉料，按膩子粉：水≈1：0.4～0.5 (質(zhì)量比）的比例攪拌均勾，靜置5～10分鐘后，再次充分攪拌均勻即可使用（稀稠度以適合施工為宜）。Application method: Add water first, and then add the powder. Mix uniformly according to the proportion of putty power: water ≈ 0.4～0.5 (mass ratio). After stirring, it is placed for 5-10 minutes, and then after stirring again, it can be used (The concentration should be suitable for construction).
l   參考用量：按批刮厚度1mm計算，1公斤膩子粉可批刮墻面1m² (兩遍)，具體用量受墻面平整度影響而有所差異。Reference dosage: Batch scraping thickness is calculated based on 1 mm, 1 kg lime plaster can be used for the wall surface of about 1 m² (twice), and the specific dosage depends on the flatness of the wall.
 
注意事項：Points for attention:
l   施工后12小時(shí)內避免雨淋、霜凍。Avoid the rain and frost within 12 hours after construction.
l   基層光滑度較高的情況下，建議先使用界面處理劑進(jìn)行墻面處理。If the substrate has good smoothness, it is recommended to use interface treatment agent first for wall treatment.
l   泛堿嚴重和有明水的基層不可直接批刮膩子，基層應經(jīng)特殊處理后再進(jìn)行批刮。The substrate with serious efflorescence and water cannot be scraped directly with putty and should be treated first.
l   嚴禁加入其它材料混合使用，配好的產(chǎn)品應在2小時(shí)內用完。It is strictly prohibited to be used jointly after adding other materials. The prepared materials should be used up within two hours.
l   施工現場(chǎng)溫度應在5℃以上，相對濕度60％左右為宜。The temperature of construction site should be above 5℃, and the relative humidity of about 60% is appropriate.
 
儲存及運輸： Storage and transport:
本產(chǎn)品應存放在干燥通風(fēng)處，嚴防霜凍和暴曬，標準情況下貯存有效期為12個(gè)月。The product should be stored in the dry and ventilated place to prevent frost and exposure, and the period of validity for storage is 12 months under standard conditions.
產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒不燃，貯存運輸可按《非危險品規則》辦理。The product is non-toxic and non-flammable. Storage and transportation can be carried out according to "Non-Dangerous Goods Rules".
