宏福大廈：Hongfu Mansion
地處溫都水城最南端中心地段，緊鄰城市主干道七北路。占地0.67公頃，總建筑面積4.4萬(wàn)平米，客房325間，建筑高度78.9米。大廈地下有雙層150車(chē)位停車(chē)庫，首層主要是大堂、商務(wù)中心、餐廳，二層是一個(gè)能容納近千人的多功能大廳（宴會(huì )、會(huì )議、新聞發(fā)布、展示等）、小型會(huì )議室和水城連廊，3-15層是客房層，每層有一個(gè)套間和24個(gè)標準間（其中一個(gè)是殘疾人用房），16-19層為宏福集團總部辦公，其中17層頂部有屋頂花園，19層頂部有直升機停機坪。
Located at the central section of the northernmost end of Hot Spring Leisure City, the hotel leans against Qibei Road, an artery of the city. Covering an area of 0.67 hectare, the hotel stands 78.9m high and boasts a floor area totaling 44,000 square meters, 325 guest rooms. With 150 parking spaces at the two underground floors, the mansion has its lobby, business center and canteen on the first floor, a multi-functional hall (banquet, meeting, press conference, and exhibition, etc.) which can hold nearly 1,000 thousand people, small conference rooms, and Water City Linked Corridor on the second floor. From the 3rd to the 15th floors are guest rooms. On each floor, there are a suite and 24 standard rooms (including one for the disabled). The offices of Headquarters of Hongfu Group are located from the 16th to the 19th floors, of which the 17th floor has a roof garden and the 19th floor has a parking apron for helicopters on the roof.

湖灣酒店占地1.72公頃，總建筑面積5.9萬(wàn)平米，客房總數582間/套，建筑高度59.65米。該酒店嚴格以五星級標準建造，采用了歐式組合建筑風(fēng)格，5個(gè)標準建筑單元呈半圓形圍繞著(zhù)湖面，湖面中心是大型的音樂(lè )主題噴泉雕塑.
Covering an area of 1.72 hectares, Huwan Hotel stands 59.65m high and boasts a floor area totaling 59,000 square meters, holding 582 guest rooms (suite). Built strictly following the five-star standard, the hotel adopts combined European architecture style where five standard building units form a half circle along a lake, at the center of which stands a large music themed fountain sculpture.
酒店西側湖邊有木平臺碼頭，客人可由此登船，前往水城各個(gè)景區。如此獨具匠心的設計，“湖灣”酒店之名由此而來(lái)。
There is a wooden platform wharf on the lake west of the hotel where guests may board ships and go to the scenic spots. The name of the hotel originates from this ingenious design.

On the second floor, the hotel sets up a Chinese-style canteen, private landscape room, conference room, gym, and beauty salon, etc. On the first floor locate the heightened two-floor lobby, information desk, lobby lounge, western-style canteen, and coffee house. On the first floor underground, there are 22 KTV chambers and two amusement halls (200 square meters). The conference center can be reached through the linked landscape corridor, and the center has over 10 large and medium meeting rooms, each of which may hold 60-500 people, and an exhibition center.

位于湖灣酒店的西側，建筑面積55000㎡，建筑風(fēng)格與湖灣酒店歐式建筑風(fēng)格相統一，作為溫都水城旗下三星級酒店，共744間/套客房，18個(gè)大小不同的會(huì )議室，以及能同時(shí)容納500人就餐的風(fēng)味餐廳，是各大公司中低檔商務(wù)會(huì )議、旅行團隊的會(huì )議型酒店。
Located west of Huwan Hotel, this hotel boasts a floor area of 55,000㎡ and constructed in the architectural style which is similar to the European style of Huwan Hotel. As a three-star hotel affiliated to Hot Spring Leisure City, it has 744 guest rooms (suite), 18 conference rooms of different sizes, and a specialty restaurant which can hold 500 guests at the same time. It is a conference-oriented hotel for large companies to have medium and low-grade business conferences and tourist groups.
水城國際酒店: Water City International Hotel:
建筑面積約21000㎡，其建筑形式采用了中國古典建筑風(fēng)格，酒店大堂照壁采用國際獲獎藝術(shù)作品——“水滴”，金箔墻面映襯著(zhù)9999顆“水晶雨滴”，寓意宏福萬(wàn)畝社區、溫都水城風(fēng)調雨順、五谷豐登的吉祥主題。
Boasting a floor area totaling 21000㎡, this hotel is constructed in the Chinese classic architecture style. The art work “Water Drip”, which has won an international award, is used in the screen wall at the lobby of the hotel. The hotel has 132 different guest rooms (suite), various specialty canteens, banquet halls, and private banquet rooms, and a special bar combining self-service canteen and coffee house.
There are altogether 15 conference rooms of different sizes in the conference section, where meetings and training programs can be held for 20-200 people. There are also health and entertainment facilities such as bowling alley, chess room, gym, table-tennis, poolroom, and night club.

As a supporting project for Huwan Hotel and Huwan West Hotel with a floor area about 9,200 square meters, the center is a stadium of Hot Spring Leisure City integrating sports, performance and large conference.
中心內部空間長(cháng)75米，寬38米，凈高14米，不僅容納了4個(gè)標準網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)地，還作為會(huì )展、宴會(huì )、大型會(huì )議以及影視演播大廳綜合使用，內部還設有大小餐廳和會(huì )議廳。這里是北京電視臺電視劇的首映式基地，也是大型綜藝節目的錄制場(chǎng)地。
The inner space of the center is 75m long, 38m wide and 14m high. While holding four standard tennis courts, the center can also be used for the purposes of exhibition, banquet, large conference and film screening hall. There are also large and small canteens and conference rooms. This is the premiere base for TV plays of Beijing TV and a place for recording large entertainment programs.
溫榆河碼頭：Wharf of Wenyu River
溫榆河現喻為北京母親河。全長(cháng)47.5公里，發(fā)源于京北軍都山，是北運河上游，漢代至清末漕運興盛。2006年溫都水城興建了碼頭，占地32畝，建筑面積320平方米，與皇城整體風(fēng)格配套。2007年5月1日，溫榆河昌平鄭各莊段率先通航，迎接游客，航線(xiàn)全程3公里，主航道寬100米，水深1.5米至2米
Compared as the mother river of Bejing now, Wenyu River extends 47.5km long. Originating from Jundu Mountain at northern Beijing, the river constitutes the upper reaches of North Canal, flourishing in transportation of grains from Han Dynasty to the end of Qing Dynasty. In 2006, Hot Spring Leisure City constructed the wharf in a style matching the overall style of the imperial city, which covers an area of 32 mu and boasts a floor area of 320 square meters. On May 1, 2007, the reach of Wenyu River at Zhenggezhuang, Changping took the lead to start navigating and receiving tourists. The entire line extends 3km and the main navigation channel is 100m wide and 1.5-2m deep.
目前溫榆河水系規模最大、最為規范的景觀(guān)碼頭。
Currently, it is the largest standard landscape wharf with the largest scale along the water system of Wenyu River.
