       2 .把精油涂抹在臉整體部位加輕輕按摩，接下來(lái)把熱毛巾敷在臉上。注:冬天毛孔處于相對封閉狀態(tài)，需要用熱毛巾幫助毛孔打開(kāi)，加強精油對肌膚的滲透（大概一分鐘左右）。取下來(lái)之前從毛巾的上半部分開(kāi)始往下輕輕的壓.
Directions: 1. Use it locally at first. Some people will feel ill or uncomfortable if the whole face is covered by oil. Then try to use it in some parts. Make a drop onto the fingertip and paint it to outer corner of an eye or nasolabial fold where are easy to have wrinkles.
2. Cover all the face with oil and massage the face gently. And then cover the face with a hot towel. Note: in winter, pores are closed. A hot towel is needed to open the pores to improve the penetration of oil into skin (for 1 minute or so). Gently press the towel from the upper part before removing it.

2.Slightly press wings of nose with middle fingers and ring fingers alternately for 1-2 times; and then massage cheeks spirally from lower jaw, lower ears, middle ears, wings of nose to upper ears for 2 times.
