作為中國第一個(gè)建立民營(yíng)腫瘤醫院的海歸博士后，有人說(shuō)于保法改變的不僅僅是無(wú)數普通人的命運，更重要的是開(kāi)創(chuàng )了腫瘤治療的一種新方法。

據衛生部、科技部、國家食品藥品監督管理局等部委2006年底公布的最新數據：我國城鄉居民十大死因，惡性腫瘤已超過(guò)腦血管病、心臟病而居第一位，農村居民前十位死因，惡性腫瘤居第三位。世界衛生組織專(zhuān)家預測，2020年，全球人口將達到80億，癌癥新發(fā)病例每年將達到2000萬(wàn)人次，每年1200萬(wàn)人將死于癌癥。令人觸目驚心！于保法在腫瘤治療臨床實(shí)踐中，發(fā)現了傳統腫瘤化療中的一個(gè)悖論現象�；�療方法在藥理、醫理上來(lái)說(shuō)都是被公認的，全世界都在使用這種方法，也有一定效果，但是它的毒副作用很大。病人注射化療藥后，掉頭發(fā)，嘔吐，白細胞減少，免疫力急劇降低，消瘦無(wú)力，精神萎靡，生理、心理受的罪一點(diǎn)也不比腫瘤折磨人差，而人的生命卻沒(méi)有得到明顯的延長(cháng)。

WHO experts predict, in 2020, the world population will reach 8,000,000,000, new cases of cancer each year will reach 20,000,000 people, 12,000,000 people will die of cancer each year. Shocking! Yu Baofa in the tumor therapy in clinical practice, found a paradox phenomenon in traditional in chemotherapy. Chemotherapy is recognized in pharmacology, medical terms, all over the world are using this method, which also have certain effect, but its side effect is big. After the patient was injected chemotherapy drugs, his suffering of physiological and  psychology is little less poor than tumor torture, such as hair loss, vomiting, white blood cells decreased, immunity rapidly decreased, weight loss and weak, spirit is dispirited, while the man's life has not been significantly prolong.
 
經(jīng)過(guò)研究，于保法發(fā)現化療藥物是雙刃劍，它不僅在殺滅癌細胞，病人全身的健康細胞也被它殺滅了。“投鼠忌器”只有讓病人坐以待斃，而大劑量靜脈化療，又等于加速病人死亡。這就是腫瘤治療中的一個(gè)悖論現象。經(jīng)過(guò)進(jìn)一步研究，于保法發(fā)現這個(gè)悖論現象的根源出在化療整體用藥方法和給藥途徑上。在經(jīng)過(guò)了近百次動(dòng)物實(shí)驗和臨床試驗后，他發(fā)明了“緩釋庫療法”。這種療法是將抗癌藥物與數種制劑相結合，直接注入腫瘤組織內，使腫瘤自身形成一個(gè)巨大的“藥物倉庫”，一方面使藥物在腫瘤內停留時(shí)間延長(cháng)，一方面源源不斷地將藥物釋放出來(lái)。藥物將腫瘤組織浸泡其中，就像一把“液體刀”，有20多天的時(shí)間發(fā)揮藥效，逐層殺死。1996年，在世界癌癥年會(huì )上，于保法公布了這一新型治療思路和方法，被與會(huì )專(zhuān)家譽(yù)為“癌癥化療用藥技術(shù)的一次革命”。其后，這項技術(shù)獲得美國專(zhuān)利和中國專(zhuān)利、澳大利亞專(zhuān)利，并逐步在美國和中國應用于臨床。據悉，目前國內已有多家醫院要求與于保法進(jìn)行多種形式的技術(shù)合作，愿意采用這種新型的治療技術(shù)為患者解除痛苦。

After further research, Yu Baofa discovered this paradox phenomenon rooted on the overall method of chemotherapy drug and route of administration. After nearly a hundred times animal experiments and clinical trials, he invented the "sustained releasing storage therapy". This therapy is combining the anticancer drugs and several kinds of preparations, injected directly into the tumor tissue, to make the tumor itself form a huge "drug warehouse", on one hand made the time for drug stay within the tumor prolong, on the other hand continuously to release drug. The drug will make tumor tissue be soaked in it, like a "liquid knife", more than 20 days of time to play a pharmacodynamics, layer by layer to kill it. In 1996, at the world cancer conference, Yu Baofa announced the new therapeutic concept and method, which has been praised by participating experts as "a revolution in cancer chemotherapy drug technology". Subsequently, this technology was obtained USA patent and China patent, Australia patent, and gradually in clinical application in USA and China.
