Quality

Thai Jasmin Long rice
The rice to be of a sound, loyal and merchantable quality, suitable for direct/immediate human consumption, without alien taste/ odour, without warehouse smell in milled rice after cooking. Free of non-edible foreign matter. Goods to be absolutely free of alive weevils / insects and free of their larvae at the time of loading and practically free of dead weevils / insects at time of shipment. Rice to be free from chemical and all other substances noxious to health. Residues of pesticides not to exceed the international/Russian standards and which used to be declared, mineral impurities max. 0.10 %, heavy metal contents not to exceed the international/Russian standards. Rice to be milled from non-GMO paddy. All other specifications as per the official standards of the country of origin in force at the time of delivery. The acceptance of commodity on quality is to be made by the buyer in the place of the buyer’s location on the territory of Russian Federation. In case of commodity defect the buyer has the right to get the SGS VOSTOK LIMITED as an expert to take part in analysis of the commodities. The test result of an expert is obligatory both for buyer and for the seller. In case the commodity defect confirmed by the SGS VOSTOK LIMITED, all the expenses are to be paid by the seller
In the cases the commodities do not suit the quality requirements the seller is to give an order to annihilate or to deliver the defect commodities back to the seller within 5 days from the moment the seller was notified about this. If the rice need to be fumigated on arrival of the vessel to St.Petersburg due to alive weevils found by the Quarantine inspection, all time/expenses must remain for the Sellers’ account.

泰國香米（長(cháng)米）
大米的品質(zhì)應可靠、優(yōu)良，適于銷(xiāo)售，可供人類(lèi)直接食用。大米須無(wú)異味，在煮熟后無(wú)經(jīng)過(guò)長(cháng)期倉儲的陳米味道。大米中不含不可食用的異物，在裝貨時(shí)絕對不含任何活體昆蟲(chóng)及它們的幼蟲(chóng)，在裝船時(shí)原則上不含死的昆蟲(chóng)。大米中不含化學(xué)物及其他任何對人體健康有害的物質(zhì)。大米中的農藥殘留量不超過(guò)國際或俄羅斯國家標準，礦物質(zhì)雜質(zhì)含量最高不超過(guò)0.10 %，重金屬成分含量不超過(guò)國際或俄羅斯國家標準。大米不是轉基因稻谷產(chǎn)出的大米。其他品質(zhì)指標須符合大米原產(chǎn)地國家現行有效的官方標準。買(mǎi)方在位于俄羅斯聯(lián)邦境內的買(mǎi)方收貨地點(diǎn)對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行品質(zhì)驗收。如果交貨的產(chǎn)品有瑕疵，買(mǎi)方有權請SGS VOSTOK有限公司（一家專(zhuān)業(yè)商檢公司）作為專(zhuān)家，參與對產(chǎn)品的分析和檢驗。SGS VOSTOK有限公司的檢驗結果為對買(mǎi)方和賣(mài)方都有效力的權威檢驗結果。如果經(jīng)SGS VOSTOK有限公司的檢驗，確認產(chǎn)品確有瑕疵，則所有檢驗費用將由賣(mài)方承擔。
如果交貨的產(chǎn)品不符合品質(zhì)要求，買(mǎi)方將通知賣(mài)方加以改正，或通知賣(mài)方在5日內（自買(mǎi)方向賣(mài)方發(fā)出通知時(shí)算起）將有瑕疵的產(chǎn)品運回。如果交貨的大米在運抵圣彼得堡時(shí)，因被檢疫機構檢出含有活體昆蟲(chóng)而需要加以熏蒸，則因此發(fā)生的所有費用和時(shí)間都由賣(mài)方承擔。
